2020 in Review

This year has brought many unexpected changes and events. At Smart Moves we are grateful to be able to continue safely assisting our clients.

To do so we have made many changes:

After our March presentation all additional scheduled face to face presentations were postponed until further notice. We have recently started offering webinars as an alternative option.

When meeting with clients face to face we use recommended face masks and provide our team members with gloves, soap and paper towels, sanitizer, and disinfectant wipes to keep the environment safe and clean.

We offer virtual meetings and consultations.

We received our COVID certificate in Safety and Prevention Excellence from the National Association of Senior and Specialty Move Managers.

As a result we have been able to assist over 275 clients this year. Over 35% of those clients were either repeat or referred by a previous client. We coordinated moves to or from Michigan, Illinois, Minnesota, Colorado, Georgia, South Carolina, Missouri, Florida, New York and throughout Wisconsin.

We are grateful that we have been able to continue to serve our clients and the community and hope that 2021 will bring back a sense of normalcy for us all. Be well!
